Education and experience

- Bachelor's level of thinking or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in personnel and transportation planning in an operational environment.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or coordinating role.

- Experience in the event or construction industry is a plus.

Job content
Staff Planning

- Establish and monitor short, medium and long-term staff planning (for permanent and temporary employees).

- Assign employees to projects based on capacity, competencies and availability.

- Coordinate with coordinators and site supervisors on staff deployment.

- Timely anticipation of peak periods, absences and capacity problems.

Transportation Planning

- Plan and coordinate transports and trips according to operational needs.

- Ensure efficient deployment of drivers and vehicles.

- Optimize routes and processes to reduce costs and lead times.

Training and development

- Identify training needs within the team.

- Organize internal and external training (material knowledge, technique, procedures, etc.).

- Supervise new employees and encourage knowledge sharing and growth.

Relationships with external workers and partners

- Coordinate collaboration with staffing agencies and external service providers.

- Tracking performance and quality of external employees.

- Maintain lasting relationships with personnel and transportation service providers.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards by all site employees.
