Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in sales, marketing, or event management.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a commercial field service position.
  • Experience in the events or rental sector is a plus.
  • An affinity with the events sector and logistics processes is a plus.
  • You have a knack for closing deals and strong intuition.
  • Good command of both Dutch and French, spoken and written.
  • A true team player who also works with precision.
  • Strong commercial and communication skills.
  • Independent, practical, and solution-oriented.
  • You see your job as a profession and a passion.

Duties & Responsibilities (Brief List)

  • Conduct market research and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Approaching potential customers through visits, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, with a focus on recurring projects.
  • Analyze customer questions and advise on tent structures and additional services, present and follow up.
  • Translate customer information into clear action points and quotation expectations for the project coordinators.
  • Internal coordination on feasibility, planning, and expectations.
  • Presenting quotes, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Transfer approved projects correctly to the project coordinators.
  • Participate in internal project briefings for larger projects.
  • Monitoring project progress from the customer's perspective.
  • Conduct site visits when commercially relevant.
  • In consultation with the project coordinators, monitor customer satisfaction after completion and collect feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and prepare repeat assignments.
  • Using digital tools correctly for customer management, planning, and reporting.
